1. What this service is

The Sofia AI Psychologist Telegram bot (t.me/gss_sofia_world_bot) is an automated AI companion that provides basic emotional support, shares psychological practices and helps you understand yourself better. The service is provided by Gration.

2. Sofia is NOT a replacement for a human therapist

Sofia is an artificial intelligence, not a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist. She:

does not make medical diagnoses;
does not prescribe treatment or recommend medication;
does not replace a course of psychotherapy;
does not guarantee any specific therapeutic outcome.

3. How to use it

Sofia may be used by people aged 16 and older. If you're younger — please reach out to a parent or a school counselor.
Do not use the bot for unlawful acts, threats, harassment of others or distribution of illegal content.
Do not send other people's personal data in your messages without their consent.
Do not publish copies of our conversations for commercial purposes.

4. Responsibility

Everything you share with Sofia is your right and your choice. The decisions you make based on our conversations are your own responsibility. Gration is not liable for actions taken by the user after interacting with the bot.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance, updates or temporary outages are possible.

6. Paid features

At the time of publishing these Terms, the bot offers basic free functionality. Extended paid modes may appear in the future — their terms will be described separately in the bot before any payment.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the bot after an update, you agree to the new version.
